SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping: We ship UPS Ground, UPS Air, US Postal Service, or Common Carrier Truck Freight within the continental United States.  Please provide a street address for shipping, (UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box).  Shipping rates vary by order weight/dimensions and delivery location. We do not charge additional handling fees.  Free Freight to Cont. USA location on orders $100.00 & Up.

International Shipping: All international orders must be paid for in advance of shipping.  ORM-D products such as aerosols cannot be shipped to some countries - please check with customer care for details on this information.  Standard shipment method for international orders: UPS, Fed Ex, or US Postal Service. Quoting services available upon request.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

All orders are carefully inspected and counted before shipment.  Please check immediately and notify us of any shortages or discrepancies.  Any discrepancies must be brought to our attention within 48 hours of shipment arrival.  All shortages and damages occurring in transit are the carrier's responsibility. Call KleenBore Customer Care at: 800-477-7922 or 217-824-9133 for a return authorization.  All returned items must have an Authorized RA#, or the shipment will not be accepted.  If you or one of your customers are having trouble with using a KleenBore item, please contact KleenBore Customer Care using the phone numbers above or email us at service@kleen-bore.com.
